Return and Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth and quick resolution for any concerns, we kindly request customers to record an unboxing video.

Unboxing Video Requirements 

• The video must clearly show the package sealed from all four sides before opening. 
• The unboxing should be continuous with no pauses or edits
• Videos of already opened packages will not be accepted 
• For battery operated toys, please keep 3AA batteries ready and check the products working condition during the unboxing video itself. 

Refund Policy

• In certain cases, refunds may be issued without requiring the return of the toy. 
• The decision regarding the refunds will be made solely by Toys Colony. 
• Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately from the date of decision.
